My journey into the amazing and phenomenal world of the human mind began many years ago...I have always been fascinated by human behaviour, why we think what we think, and what it is that makes us who we are. 

This curiosity eventually led me to join the police service, where I experienced every type of human behaviour.

 

While serving as a police officer, I experienced the effects of trauma first-hand, and over time my resilience was chipped away at by the continued exposure, and I began to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks.

 

Understanding what was happening to me in those moments, and having a keen interest in holistic therapies, from hypnotherapy to acupuncture, from energy healing to quantum physics, I felt it was my time to change my life and I trained to become an RTT Practitioner.

My own experience with mental health, and understanding trauma, its effects, and other symptoms that follow in its wake - stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and with a compassionate understanding of PTSD and CPTSD, I stood in great stead to take my experience and my knowledge into the field of therapy. 

​I am so grateful that I found Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) when I did - it brought me out of a dark place and allowed me to take back control over my life.

I now run my own RTT Practice, having been trained to the highest of standards, it’s now my mission to show others that a different way of life is possible. You CAN do it, you CAN change, and no matter where you are right now, there is a beautiful light at the end of that dark tunnel. ​
